Mid Year Plan

We are now planning mid year projects.
Swaziland schools project is is an ongoing project of late we have had interest being shown in the project by the YMG from the Highveld and Swaziland District. they are keen to get involved in a school in the Mahamba region of Swaziland.
Mooiplaas we have had numerous meetings with the Queenstown District as well as Rev. Cayce Stapp from COR this project is slowly getting going. COR have a team that will be in South Africa in October for the opening of a church that they helped build in Pinetown and this team are interested in going to Mooiplaas and spending a night or two there. This would be really great as they would then be able to go back to COR and help with promoting the project.
Mozambique. The decision has been made that we will use tents for acommodation here and not get into building structures here. we have looked at one of the tent manufacturers in Ladysmith in KZN and liked what we saw there. There are many ways to use tents and there are a number of different designs that can be used. tents go from budget to luxury.
We have planned a trip to the site for the week 5-9 May to go and begin the work of laying out the site for the first tents. We are hoping that we will be able to accomodate the first paying guests by the last quater of this year.
Then off to synod in Piet Retief and for all that, that holds instore for us.
June then has us working with a team from COR running leadership training seminars in Welkom for the N.F. & L District and then to Bloemfontein to do the same for the KNB District.
And so again a busy time and a fair amount of travelling away from home.
Then we are in to the second half of 2013 a scary thought that half of this year has gone by already. Time goes by far to quickly.
